Conventional Oven Heat oven to 450°F and bake on a non-oiled baking sheet for 9-10 minutes before turning over and baking for another 9-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Convection Oven Heat oven to 450° and bake for 7-8 minutes before flipping fish and baking for another 7-8 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Deep Fry Heat oil to 375°F and fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove excess oil from each portion with paper towels and let cool before eating.
