Deep Fry: (recommended)
Preheat fryer to 350°F (180°C). Fill fryer basket not more than half full. Fry scallops for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
Pan Fry:
Preheat 1/2 inch of cooking oil in a skillet to 350°F (180°C). Fry scallops for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, turning frequently. Let cool and enjoy.
