For optimal food quality and safety, keep frozen until ready to prepare and follow these cooking instructions: CONVENTIONAL OVEN Place rack in center of the oven, and preheat to 425F. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 155F.
CONVECTION OVEN Place rack in center of the oven, and preheat to 375F.Place frozen fish in a single layer on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 155F.
