Soak wraps in water for at least 5 minutes before using. Preheat oven or grill to 400°F (204°C). Arrange food in the center of the wrap, parallel to the grain of the wood. Fold edges toward each other and overlap slightly. Tie with a piece of enclosed natural twine. Place wrapped food in preheated oven or grill, keep it away from direct flames. Close grill lid. Cook until done. Cooking times will vary. Discard the wrap after use.
