Cooked for convenience, these North Atlantic Whole Cooked Lobsters are ready for you crack open! Sweet meat can be found in the tail, claws, and even legs. Tail meat tends to be slightly more firm and coarse than claw meat.
Easily add flavor and elegance to any recipe (think lobster mac & cheese) – simply thaw and serve.
Cooking Tips & Recipes
Thaw whole cooked lobsters overnight. Remove lobster from package and put into colander. Put another bowl or plate under the colander to catch excess liquid as the lobster thaws. Place in refrigerator overnight, draining liquid throughout.
