These stuffed clams are best prepared in the oven which allows the stuffed clam to develop a crisp crust around the breading, while preserving the soft, luxurious interior.
Cooking Tips & Recipes
Conventional Oven: (Recommended)
Preheat oven to 450°F. Place clams on a cookie sheet and cook for 30 minutes.
Cook on high for 2 minutes per clam. Adjust time according to your oven. Time and/or temperature may need to be adjusted to achieve 160°F product temperature.
Refrigerate or discard any leftovers.
CAUTION: Product may be very hot after cooking.
