These Lobster Claws come from North Atlantic Coldwater Lobster, also known as a Maine Lobster. Their meat is deliciously sweet and has a slightly more tender texture than tail meat, which is often more coarse.
Cooking Tips & Recipes
These lobster claws are already cooked, so all you need to do is bring them back up to temperature. Our preferred method is steaming, which can be accomplished in a steaming basket, or if you don’t have one, simply put 1/8 inch of water in a sheet pan, place the lobster claws in the water, cover with tin foil, and bake.
